- Additional information
The Triquetra can best be described as three interlocking circles. The concept of the number three for the Celts was very important. Scholars have discovered that in ancient times the concept of three referred to water, air and earth. When Christianity was adopted the concept of three became the Trinity as we know it today, depicting The Father, The Son and Holy Spirit. The Celts also believed in never ending life and in this pendant here we see that illustrated with the circle weaving through the Trinity.
This is a small Triquetra pendant and greatly liked. It may be worn alone or worn as a charm with other pendants. It is a popular gift to celebrate First Communion and births. It is handcrafted in .925 sterling silver. Several chain lengths are available.
