Rhodium plated bangle featuring the Claddagh and three small charms. The Claddagh, dating back to the 16th Century, is a well recognized Irish symbol depicting Love, Friendship and Loyalty. It was designed by Richard Joyce who was captured by pirates and was taken away from his one true love. When finally reunited the sweethearts were married and settled in the village of Claddagh. The three smaller charms are the Shamrock, Ireland and the Trinity knot.
